We are using 2kva ups over a decade till now we have not faced a single problem...We have taken Amc for Batteries.Service engineers will come for maintenance once in 2months they will fill distel water and they will clean the dust on the batteries and up. BEST SERVICE.We have referred to many of our friends and relatives all are happy with trouble free ups.
